Our local parts inventory saves valuable time — you can either pick up the parts you need at our parts counter or we can ship them to you.

Factory trained service technicians
Our locally dispatched service technicians are on call around the clock to help our customers keep downtime to a minimum. In addition to emergency service we offer annual service agreements to help prevent problems from happening in the first place.
AC Systems Service is for cooling equipment only. For service on UPS systems, batteries, power distribution and monitoring equipment we partner with Liebert Global Services (LGS). You can reach LGS through us or directly at 1-800-LIEBERT.
Annual Service Agreement
A C Systems Service (ACSS) offers factory certified service on your computer room air conditioning (CRAC) systems. We offer two annual service plans designed to maximize the uptime of your critical equipment. Each plan includes scheduled periodic visits to your facility to inspect equipment and make repairs if necessary.

Plan A: Full Service (FS)
A C Systems assumes the risk and cost of emergency service.
This plan is recommended for “mission-critical” sites or where the user prefers a firm annual service rate. FS covers the FULL cost of routine maintenance inspections as well as emergency service calls on a 24×7 basis with absolutely no additional charges. NOTE: Pre-inspection of your systems may be required to determine if they qualify for a FS Agreement.
Plan B: Preventive Maintenance (PM)
You assume the risk and cost of emergency service.
This plan is recommended for less critical sites and as an absolute minimum to provide you with routine service. It provides routine maintenance inspections and includes normally expendable items such as belts and filters but it does not cover the cost of emergency service calls. Additional calls and repairs are billed at prevailing rates for time and materials.
No Service Plan — Time & Materials
For those who prefer not to execute an annual service agreement.
We respond to customers with no service plan on a first-come, first-served basis, subordinate to our customers on annual service plans. T&M service is billed at prevailing hourly rates with a 2-hour minimum charge.
