Fluid to Fluid Heat Exchange Systems
When to Use a WW-Series Haskris Unit It has become increasingly common for new facilities to be built with large, central chilled water systems that are maintained at relatively cold temperatures, typically 50°F or below. Often, this source of water cannot be used for direct cooling of your process equipment due to temperature (too cold, condensation), pressure fluctuations, water quality problems, etc. The Haskris fluid-to-fluid heat exchanger is a perfect solution. The Haskris WW-series uses chilled water from the customer site (instead of refrigeration) to cool the process fluid in the Haskris reservoir that ultimately flows through your equipment. Because WW units have no refrigeration system, they are inherently lower cost, more compact and operate with reduced sound levels.
